Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the continental United States. Orders with shipping addresses outside the contiguous 48 states (such as Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations) will not be processed at this time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping methods, including standard ground shipping and expedited/air options, which you can select at checkout.

3. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Important: Delivery timeframes are estimated by the carrier and not guaranteed. Factors like inclement weather, high seasonal volume, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.

4. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

Shipping times shown at checkout refer to the UPS carrier timeline after your order has been processed by our team.

During peak seasons (e.g. November and December), processing may take longer due to increased order volume.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Holiday Season Notice (Pre-Christmas)

Due to high seasonal volume and UPS/USPS logistics constraints, delivery dates are only estimates — even when using expedited services.

We encourage you to select Expedited Shipping to improve the chances of delivery before Christmas, but we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date, including December 24.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Ofner Americas is not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received
Missed delivery attempts or rerouting by the carrier
Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Title & Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer once we deliver the order to the shipping carrier.
