Refund policy

1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all food and baked goods are considered perishable and are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped, except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. However, if you receive an item that is:

Damaged in transit
Defective or spoiled
Incorrect (wrong item or quantity)

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@ofneramericas.com. Include photos of the issue and your order number so we can evaluate and resolve the matter.

3. Approved cases may be eligible for:

Replacement of the damaged item
Store credit
Partial or full refund, depending on the situation

4. Returns & Eligibility

We do not accept returns of perishable goods unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

To be eligible for any return or refund:

You must notify us within 30 days of delivery
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the issue

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Return Process (If Approved)

If your case is approved for return or refund:

We will issue a prepaid return label, if applicable
You will receive instructions on how and where to send the product back
Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
